yeah right, give everything for a campaign that lasts a year up front. Don't you dare do it! An SEO expert, confident in their abilities will work for a monthly retainer, as he/she knows the results expected are on their way.

"Free website submission to 500 other search engines included"
oh please, that old chestnut!! Pretty much ALL search engines on the planet, other than BING and Yahoo, use Google Technology for their searches, if you are indexed in Google, you WILL be indexed by everyother search engine on the planet, that utilises Goog. Tech.

"10,000 FB likes - 10,000 one way backlinks included"
Google's clever eh! If a new website lands and is to be be crawled by the intrepid Google Bot, and over night, or over a period of a number of weeks, that amount of sudden interest and likes, and link . . . . . BLACK HAT TECHNIQUES!! Your website, and more importantly, YOUR DOMAIN NAME will be BLACK LISTED. Time for a new domain name and a fresh, properly built website .

Life Coaching in Cornwall with a little bit of a difference . . . .

Ok,

so I feel it's really easy for the Counselling / Spiritual / Self Help / Empowerment sort of sites available to be a wee bit too concerned in taking vast amounts of money of you, rather than caring, perhaps as as much as they could do, about the problems faced with the client at the time.

Psychic medium sites are the worst for this I believe.

SAYING THAT! . . . . . I have found a site that offers this sort of counselling with very little talk about costs, no big buttons anywhere saying BOOK NOW, BUY THIS, BUY THAT . . . .

The owner of the site, Kirsty Stringer, invoices for her counselling sessions, AFTER the event! How risk free is that???

On Kirsty's Website, which is lifecoachcornwall.co.uk, there's a free chat room, the opportunity to start up an online skype conversation. A free initial consultation is also offered. You can book appointments online, though one has to wait for an email accepting or declining  the appointment; Kirsty's a busy lady with four children.

And check this, they have a counselling donations page, any money raised will be used to subsidise those that simply can not afford to help themselves.

Vegan Plant Nutrition - Intensive veganic growing for the Vegan and Vegetarian - urbanfarming.co.uk

For Vegetarians and Vegans alike, care needs to go into what is put into their bodies.

I do eat a little meat now again, mainly Fish, but thrive on my Veg, Fruit, Nut n Seed smoothies!!

So if a plant is fed animal by products, is it fair for the Vegetarian or the Vegan to have to eat that fresh produce??? I think not!!!

How can this be resolved? Can you feed a plant exactly what it needs for prolific growth and yields without involving animal by products???

Simply, oooooh YEAH!!!! Yes you can, not that easily, but yes you can!

I'm not talking about laying seed to furrow outside and letting nature take its course; I'm discussing intensive indoor cultivation in pots. Very quickly, due to the pace at which plants grow in these conditions, nutrients from any amended soil you have planted into, will be stripped leaving an almost inert medium.

One needs to supply a constant stream of nutrition. Blood and Bone Meal, Fish Guts n the likes are all fantastic for the slow release of nutrition over a much longer period of time, but I don't want my plants to have consumed animal by products!!

ENTER VEGANICS

Veganic Indoor Farming. The art of formulating nutritional profiles from a range of, soil association approved, Vegetable, Plant and Fruit based nutrient products burried in the massive fertiliser market out there.

When I look at the hugest of trees and prolific of growing habitats, (Amazon Rain Forest for instance) I notice it simply doesn't contain the amount of animals per plant, for the animals to die, decompose and become available as nutrition to these monster trees and plants. It's the plants and trees that do their own decomposing and breaking down into nutrition. When a tree falls, when leaves fall, when winds fell that they fell, all these vegetable/plant based parts decompose and feed some of the largest and healthiest plants and trees on our planet. They don't require heavy doses of manure and animal stuffs to be vigorous and healthy!!
